Delivery Method

All products and product-related services purchased from MSKEYZON are delivered electronically.

Your license key, CD key, activation code, download instructions, and other applicable product information will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

Your digital product may also be available under the order details section of your MSKEYZON customer account.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed automatically and are normally delivered by email in 2 hours after successful payment.

In rare cases, such as payment verification, technical issues, security checks, or temporary system delays, delivery may take up to 8 hours.

Delivery begins only after your payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed by Stripe.

What Can I Do If I Cannot Find My Delivery?

If you cannot find your license key, activation code, or delivery email, please follow these steps:

1. Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders in case the delivery email was filtered automatically.
2. Confirm that your payment was completed successfully.
3. Sign in to your MSKEYZON account and check the order details section.
4. Verify that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
5. If additional information or verification is required, our team will contact you by email.

Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address during checkout.

If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us as soon as possible. After verifying your order information, we can resend the product to the correct email address.

• The complete amount payable, including any applicable taxes or fees, will be displayed during checkout.
• You will receive an order confirmation or receipt by email after completing your purchase.

Payment Processing

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe immediately during checkout.
• Your selected payment method will be charged the exact amount displayed before you complete your order.
• Your order will be delivered only after Stripe confirms that the payment was successfully authorized.
• The payment description displayed on your bank or card statement may contain the MSKEYZON business name or information supplied by Stripe.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or unsuccessful, your order will not be completed or delivered.

Your bank may temporarily display a pending authorization after an unsuccessful payment attempt. Pending authorizations are controlled by your bank or payment provider and are normally released automatically.

Invoices & Receipts

After completing your purchase, you may receive:

• An email confirmation containing your order details
• A digital invoice or receipt for your records
• Your license key, activation code, and applicable installation or download instructions

Refunds

Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After Stripe submits a refund, your bank, card issuer, or financial institution may take approximately 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
